What is the return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect products, please reach out to us within 14 days with your proof of purchase. We will be happy to assist with a return or exchange for a refund on your product payment.
Please note, services like future readings and fortune-telling are non-refundable once consumed. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges unless there's a damage, missing item, or an incorrect issue.
If you're returning a product, please ship it back to us at your own expense through any carrier of your choice. After we receive your return, we'll update you on the status of your refund. If approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Once an exchange is made, the item(s) are not eligible for a refun
What is the exchange policy?
If you receive a product that's damaged, missing, or incorrect within 14 days, we're more than happy to exchange it for a refund or another product, as long as you provide proof of purchase. Please reach out within this time frame. Future readings and fortune-telling services are non-refundable after consumption. If your item qualifies, please send it back at your own expense via a carrier of your choice.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Sales tax will automatically be applied to your Glitter Karma order according to the regulations in your state.
I would like to change or cancel my order.
We understand that sometimes plans change! If you'd like to cancel your order, we can provide a full refund as long as it hasn't been processed by our warehouse. Once the order is in shipping, we're unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?
While we try our best to help you avoid extra import taxes or duties, sometimes it's beyond our control. If your order is subject to these fees, it will be your responsibility to pay them. Please refer to the Glitter Karma Shipping Policy for further details.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $59. Shipping fees are based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
When will you ship my order?
We aim to process most orders within 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification by email.
Please note that during peak periods such as holidays, both processing and shipping times may be longer.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3-9 business days. Some products may take 17-22 days for delivery. International orders can take longer, and times may vary.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, some items may arrive in separate packages.
Can I update my shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address on the confirmation email you’ll receive after your purchase. If there's an error, contact us at contact@glitterkarma.com as soon as possible.
Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Providing an incorrect address may lead to delays or misdelivery, and Glitter Karma cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your items and your address. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. The estimated delivery time for international orders is between 9-30 business days, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

The item I received doesn’t look like the picture on the website.
As our items are crafted with genuine stones, there may be slight variations in color, size, and shape. Every piece is unique, so it may differ a bit from what you see in the photo. We strive to represent the look and quality of our items accurately. If the product you received seems significantly different, please send us a photo at contact@glitterkarma.com so we can assist you further.
My item is broken.
While rare, breakage can occur due to the delicate nature of some designs. If your item arrives broken, please contact us with a photo of the item and your receipt at contact@glitterkarma.com. We'll gladly offer a replacement if the item is defective and within 14 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear is not covered for replacements.
Can I get a price adjustment on my item?
As prices may change due to inventory or demand, we are unfortunately unable to offer price adjustments.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days once we receive your return. Due to limited stock, replacements aren’t guaranteed, but you can choose a different item for exchange if needed. Online purchases can only be returned through our customer support team at contact@glitterkarma.com. For international customers, shipping fees are non-refundable.

International customers can return items within 14 days of delivery (based on the carrier's delivery date). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to the U.S. We will send a replacement for damaged items at no additional charge, but exchanges will incur shipping fees. Will my item look the same as it does on the website?
As natural stones vary in color and size, your piece may differ slightly from the images. We strive for accuracy, but there might be some minor variations due to the gemstones' natural properties and how they appear on different screens.
