Shipping Policy

Processing Time Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it as quickly as possible. However, processing times may vary depending on order volume, stock levels, and other factors. The delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on your selected shipping option, but they do not account for potential delays during processing. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Domestic Shipping Estimates 

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, 7-14 business days for delivery, although certain products may take 17-22 days.
  • Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories may take longer than the stated delivery times.

International Shipping Estimates Shipping cost are calculated and vary depending on your items’ weight and your shipping address. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. The estimated shipping time for international orders is between 15-30 business days, but please be aware that delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Mail may be shipped by a combination of ground and air methods. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other required fees as determined by local customs. The checkout total does not include any of these additional fees, which the carrier will inform you about upon delivery.

If customs fees are refused, and the parcel is returned to the U.S., a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you’re unsure about potential customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Misdelivered Packages & PO Boxes We are committed to timely and reliable shipping. However, we are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or deliveries made to PO Boxes. To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

In the case of international shipments, we will use reliable carriers for delivery. However, if the package is returned to us as "Return to Sender" due to undeliverability, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred. Additional shipping fees will apply if the package needs to be resent.

Lost Packages We strive for a smooth shipping experience but understand that packages can occasionally get lost in transit. If your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, you may request a full replacement, provided the carrier certifies the loss.

To request a replacement, contact our customer support team at contact@glitterkarma.com with your order number and details regarding the lost package. We will work with the carrier to confirm the status and send a replacement shipment.

Please note, once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery location to ensure the safe arrival of your order.
