Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will refund your payment of the product. Please ship the return item at your own expense via any available carrier of your choice.
Refund-Supported Scenarios
a. Damages and Issues
We offer a refund or replacement if your package arrives badly damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please note that damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
b. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you received the wrong product, we offer a refund or replacement.
If your order includes the wrong color or size, we offer a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or refund if the size was delivered as ordered. Please carefully select the desired size according to the product description.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not able to accept the refund or return including but not limited to:
a. The buyer does not like the product or the size.
b. Future and fortune telling service.
c. Products smell unusual.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.
g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
